This programme provides an understanding of Accounting Information. It allows a wider choice to complement studies in the other discipline, such as: Perspectives on Accounting and Society and Company Performance Evaluation. Thus allowing students to concentrate on the uses of accounting data and how to evaluate its adequacy. The business element will make students aware of the rapidly changing context within which business operates. They are introduced to current management problems and techniques. Students will follow a carefully designed set of core modules.

Assessment method
Accounting students will be taught mainly through lectures and tutorials, and assessment of each module is generally through a combination of coursework and examination. Coursework includes essays and reports and individual and group presentations.
